Assist Buddy pairs your team with a dedicated Support Rep to provide personalized guidance, structured resolution pathways, and hands-on support for customer complaints, service issues, platform technical problems, and day-to-day operations.
We combine customer experience support with technical website maintenance and social media/website customer support so you can respond faster, resolve issues more effectively, and maintain a professional online presence.
One-Time Fee: $500
What’s Included
Customer Issue Resolution Support
Website Technical Support
Direct technical assistance for:
Support includes troubleshooting, updates, minor fixes, plugin/theme management, product/page updates, basic optimization, and resolving common technical issues.
Customer Support Hours
3 hours of active customer support handled by your Assist Buddy across your website and two social media channels:
Your Buddy can respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on your behalf or provide suggested responses for you to post.
Full Deliverables Summary
Important: Assist Buddy provides guidance, recommendations, and direct execution support. Final decisions, customer communications, and business outcomes remain the responsibility of the client business.
REFUNDS
All refunds are issued at the discretion of Britt Assist.
Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:
After purchase or subscription activation, you will receive login instructions. Access is limited to authorized team members. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Britt Assist reserves the right to suspend access in cases of misuse or security concerns.
TICKET SUBMISSION & RESPONSE SUPPORT
Standard response time: Within 24 business hours (may vary based on volume and complexity).
SCOPE & LIMITATIONS
Assist Buddy provides support guidance and hands-on assistance but does not:
Priority handling is available for reputation-sensitive issues, major technical outages, or urgent customer disputes.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Clients agree to use the service responsibly. The platform and support may not be used for illegal activities, harassment, abusive communication, fraudulent practices, or submission of false information. Britt Assist may suspend or terminate service for violations.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information submitted is used solely to provide support and improve the service. We do not sell or share your data without consent, except as required by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Assist Buddy offers guidance and execution support but cannot guarantee specific business or dispute outcomes. Clients remain fully responsible for final decisions and any resulting business impacts.

- Suggested responses or technical fix steps are delivered.
- You approve → implementation or response is executed.
Standard response time: Within 24 business hours (may vary based on volume and complexity).
SCOPE & LIMITATIONS
Assist Buddy provides support guidance and hands-on assistance but does not:
- Provide legal advice
- Guarantee specific outcomes of disputes
- Replace your internal customer service team
- Perform major website redesigns or complex development work
